Coronavirus - Updates

>

As you know, COVID-19 is spreading all over the world and it’s very important for us that our tenants and collaborators stay safe during this time.

Your health and security are our priorities, as well as the smooth running of your stay in our properties. Therefore, as everyone should do, we stay at home.

But don’t worry, we are working from there so you can still call or email us for anything that you may need. We stay available for you.

Due to the situation, we are also letting you know that we are offering only emergency maintenance and the cleaning service has been minimized to avoid the spread of the virus.

Here is what you can also do to avoid the spread of the Coronavirus:

  • Wash your hands:
    • After coughing or sneezing
    • When caring for the sick
    • Before, during and after you prepare food
    • Before eating
    • After toilet use
    • When hands are visibly dirty
    • After handling animals or animal waste

  • Protect others from getting sick:
    • When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue
    • Throw tissue into closed bin immediately after use
    • Clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water after coughing or sneezing and when caring for the sick
    • Avoid close contact when you are experiencing cough and fever
    • If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing seek medical care early and share previous travel history with your health care provider.

We also encourage you to favor online shopping (only what you really need) and to call, or video call your close ones when you need to speak with them.

We'll keep you up to date with any improvements to the way we're operating in the coming months.

Kind regards,
