We rent only rooms, including shared rooms, therefore, they are rented for a couple or for friends. We don't offer places in a room already rented by someone else. 

Totally safe. This is one of our priorities as a company. Good location and safe areas.

The check out must be done until 12am. The check in is between 12am-6.30pm.

Unfortunately we don’t. Some people are allergic.

We don’t have the specific license to allow minors in our properties, even if they are living with their family members.

Is completely FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the rooms and in the comunal areas.
